Is this a joke?
No. While we always keep things light hearted and may digress into speculation, this is for real
Do you believe in God?
Which God? There are so many. We don't believe in God. Certainly not in the Judeo-Christian sense. You can if you want, but we don't give God any credit for what is, was or will be. Our belief structure is based on science, facts and the scientific method. That may not mesh well with your current belief structure but that's the point. We're creating an new one.
Are you Devil worshipers?
Since we don't give credence to God, we give none to the Devil. That would just be silly and so is the question
What is your position on life after death
Death is a biological state. Biological processes stop, flesh decays. You can't be alive after you're dead. We do believe in immortality through man-machine fusion and transfer. We don't know if that will fully happen before we die.
Are you guys into cryogenics?
Cryogenics might be a path to a future existence. It is a gamble. You're hoping that there will be advanced technology in the future that can revive and cure you, that the technology and process that froze you makes you viable for revival and that your storage facility can remain in business (and keep pumping liquid NO2) long enough to get you to that future. That's a lot of things that have to go right and currently there isn't any hard evidence that it will work. The worst thing that could happen is you're revived and have severe brain damage. Would you want to live that way?
So, are you into life extension?
There's some good evidence that certain diets, supplements and general life style changes can extend your life. If you're looking to a future where immortality can be achieved then this might be a valid path. We don't see life extension approaches leading to immortality itself. It's an extension. Eventually you'll die. man-machine fusion or transfer will be required to reach immortality
You talk about immortality. What do you mean by that?
By immortality we mean achieving a state of operational consciousness lasting a very long time. Not forever. Even the universe will come to an end at some point. Operational means that it would interface with other consciouses whether physical, virtual or artificial. Not a brain in a jar. This might be done through man-machine fusion or transfer.
